Job SummaryPrimary responsibilities include indexing invoices in
Kofax and processing invoice exceptions received in Coupa such as
PO match problem invoices; Monitoring Coupa to ensure they are
being worked and emptied on a regular basis by all the staff;
scanning invoices into Kofax. Essential Functions
- Process invoice exceptions received in Coupa such as PO match
problem invoices.
- Scans paper vendor invoices received in Kofax (indexing).
- Performs general office tasks and prepare payables for
processing.
- Monitors invoice backlog in Coupa to ensure timely payment
processing.
- Responds to inquiries (phone calls, e-mails, walk-up) from
vendors and internal SBU clients.
- Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of
supervision.
- Supports developments of AP Initiatives for routine processes.
Education Description
- Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent knowledge of
English, basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication,
division and calculation of fractions and/or percentages), grammar,
spelling and punctuation. Experience
- Requires a minimum of one to two (1-2) years of experience in
processing invoices or an accounting organization. We want you to
