Job Description:
Position Summary This is a 37.5-hour student position for a
summer program beginning 05/28/2018 and ending 7/20/2018. This
position works under limited supervision of an APSU faculty or
staff member. Selected applicants will be provided housing (private
room), meals, and costs associated with trips and activities during
the summer program. FOAP : 220718-49107-61400-300 Essential
Functions - Availability to work 37 1/2 hours per week from
5/28/2018 through 07/23/2018. - Ability to communicate effectively
in person and over the phone. - Ability to accept responsibility
for decisions and personal actions. - Ability to maintain
confidentiality. - Ability to maintain excellent organizational
skills and attention to details. - Ability to interact in an
effective and appropriate manner with diverse populations, the
University, community, and the public. - Ability to display
enthusiasm for the program and its activities. - Ability to act in
a paraprofessional manner and model behavior consistent with the
program’s objectives. - Attendance and punctuality are essential to
this position.
