The Marketing Coordinator will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives. Responsibilities--- Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns--- Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives--- Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand--- Responsible writing and developing internal communications content to team members including monthly newsletter, system wide announcements, and other promotional campaigns and material.--- Collaborates with the Business Development Team to fully understand service offerings and communication needs.--- Collaborates with web development, social media, and design teams; provides guidance on marketing-related aspects of the company's digital presence.--- Plans, designs, and executes all web, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.--- Develops and expands company's digital presence through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources; promotes company brand through these channels.--- Drafts, implements, maintains, analyzes, and revises online marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue for the company.--- Collaborates with web design, development, and content staff to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company's site.--- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion results.PM20.

Requirements:
--- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.--- 3 - 5 years' experience in marketing/brand management--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills--- Ability to manage multiple priorities--- Knowledge of all social networking platforms--- Proficient with graphic design and social media applications
