What We Offer: Health & dental insurance Paid vacation days Paid Lexus training to keep your skills sharp Vehicle reimbursement program IRA match program Christmas club savings program Your Role: Collaborate with the service team to deliver efficient, expert care on every customer vehicle Perform minor services including lube, oil, and filter changes, following all dealership and manufacturer procedures Conduct thorough multi-point inspections on each vehicle (Customer Pay, Warranty, Extended Warranty) Identify all legitimate service and repair needs and document recommendations in the Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) report Prepare accurate estimates for additional work and communicate findings to the Service Advisor for guest approval Assist fellow technicians with light mechanical duties as needed Maintain excellent communication with Service Manager, Service Consultants, and technicians to meet Lexus time standards and exceed guest expectations Keep the shop clean and equipment calibrated to Lexus standards Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to a smooth, professional shop environment What We're Looking For: Strong commitment to safety - consistently use PPE, back belts, safety glasses, and shoes Ability to stand and walk for long periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Dependable, team-oriented professional with a passion for quality service Ready to accelerate your career with Lexus of Cool Springs?
