Job Description Job Description Project Manager – Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Location: Nashville, TN Compensation: $95,000 – $135,000 base benefits A rapidly growing refrigeration contractor in the Nashville area is seeking a Project Manager to support their expanding commercial project workload. This company has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and service, and is now looking for an experienced professional who can help take operations to the next level. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage multiple commercial refrigeration projects from start to finish Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution Monitor progress, address challenges proactively, and maintain strong communication across all parties Assist with estimating and proposal preparation as needed Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Qualifications: 3 years of project management experience with an HVAC or refrigeration contractor Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, installation, and service work Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to assist with estimating as needed Compensation and Benefits: Base salary of $95,000 – $135,000, depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package Long-term opportunity with a company experiencing significant growth To apply for this role, please contact rob@zarrellco.com
