We're currently looking for a full-time Plumber - Plumbing Technician to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. This full-time role offers a strong earning potential between $60,000 and $150,000/year . This is a full-time Plumber - Plumbing Technician position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM . Our technicians are dispatched directly from their homes to their job sites-no need to report to a central office before starting your day. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A PLUMBER - PLUMBING TECHNICIAN Your day begins at home, where you'll be dispatched directly to your scheduled residential service calls. You'll start by diagnosing plumbing issues, communicating clearly with the homeowner about what's going on, and offering multiple solution options using our systemized, value-focused approach. With each job, you'll perform high-quality repairs or replacements that meet code and company standards. You'll document your work using our field software, keeping both the customer and the office up to date throughout the visit. You'll also participate in regular training and coaching based on the Nexstar model-designed to help you grow both professionally and personally. Here's what you need: 2 years of residential plumbing experience Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor Experience in a customer-facing service role and familiarity with ServiceTitan software (or similar) are a plus!
