Job Description:
Lee Company is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to
join our dynamic team in the southeastern United States. As a key
player in the HVAC industry, we prioritize top-quality service,

involves maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems, as
well as ensuring optimal operation and efficiency within commercial
settings. Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on
commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and
refrigeration systems. Inspect and assess HVAC systems to identify
maintenance needs and safety issues. Diagnose mechanical and
electrical faults for HVAC systems. Communicate effectively with
clients to provide explanations of technical issues and
recommendations for system improvements. Maintain accurate records
of all service, repair, and maintenance work. Ensure compliance
with all safety and building regulations. Collaborate with other
team members and departments to ensure top-notch customer service
and efficiency. Proven technical and mechanical skills relating to
HVAC systems. Strong troubleshooting abilities. Effective
communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in commercial
facilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k EPA Section 608 Technician Certification (Type
II or Universal). HVAC Excellence Certification (desired, but not
required). NATE Certification in Commercial Refrigeration (desired,
but not required).
