Location: Bowling Green, KY Description: FORTUNE 100 GLOBAL CPG/FOOD MFG COMPANY -PLANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER/DIRECTORBOWLING GREEN KY AREA - NEAR NASHVILLE TNOUTSTANDING SALARY RANGE, BONUS, SIGN ON BONUS -TONS OF GROWTH, AND WORK-LIFE BALANCEFULL RELOCATION & EXCELLENT BENEFITS -Job Summary:The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of maintenance at the production facility to safely produce high quality laundry and home care products. - Leads the development and implementation of short-term tactical action plans and long-term maintenance strategies to ensure the plant operates at optimum manufacturing efficiencies and output levels while maintaining the highest safety, quality, and environmental standards with excellent customer service. - -This person will be a member of the plant leadership team and will collaborate with each of the functional leaders to create action plans using TPM tools in order to deliver the strategic plant goals. -Responsibilities:Responsible for defining the vision and master plan for Maintenance at the facility Align Department strategy with site goals and priorities -Closely partner with production to provide support and partnership on technical aspects of operations, i.e. Autonomous Maintenance, Preventative maintenance, etc. -Ensure the implementation of daily management systems which support the correct deployment of the OEE With Purpose" glidepath and the deployment of the production strategyDrive all operations of the maintenance department ensuring high operating standards are applied at all timesEnsure competency-based process specific as well as safety and quality training for all employees is conducted in a timely, efficient and complete manner in order to meet legal, regulatory and company requirementsWork closely with the Technical Reliability and Continuous Improvement personnel to analyze current performance and establish work activities to address lossesOwn and execute daily maintenance meeting and escalate information to Plant Manager for Daily Operational Review -Provide direct leadership, direction, development and coaching to maintenance team members in accordance with skill matrices. - -Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. - These responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees in the department: planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Develop high performance team to meet long term maintenance needs of the facility. -Develop and execute training plan for all team members of the departmentSupport and manage the development of continuous improvement of standard work for all areas -Use all standards and tools deployed through HPS with full ownership in the use of problem solving to address root cause of lossesAccountable for overall maintenance budget including Maintenance and Repair Cost, Equipment availability and spare parts inventoryRequirements:7-10+ years of related experience, in a Fortune 100 manufacturing environment with a multicultural companyRelevant engineering degree in a technical field requiredProven strategic and tactical leadership experience within a plant /manufacturing, preferably in CPG or related industry with strong work ethic, and positive attitude towards feedbackDemonstrated servant leadership, technical, functional and people development skills to continuously stretch performance of individuals in direct teamDemonstrated skills as a change agent, displaying a high level of energy, being self-driven and constantly questioning the status quoPlant transformation / culture transformation experience -TPM / LEAN implementation experience (recent) at least 3-5 years -Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement based on relevant experience in this area, i.e. Lean and TPMDemonstrated track record of driving operational performance via strong leadership and change management skills.Demonstrated ability to drive team productivity and maintain high levels of employee engagement and moraleDemonstrated ability to identify issues, conduct root cause analysis and take-action to fix issues as well as building quantitative and analytical problem-solving as a key competence into a plant wide capabilityDemonstrated strong project management skills, including larger capital expenditure projectsEMAIL RESUME : tgannon@judge.com -
