Tony's of Bowling Green - Steaks and Seafood National, award winning steakhouse with a stellar reputation has a Dining Room Manager / Ma--tre d' position available. We are looking for people with passion, creativity and skills. We are seeking a dynamic, polished individual to join our management team. Management experience preferred. Position: Dining Room Manager / Ma--tre d' Salary Range: $50K to $80K + Bonus Structure Duties Include: --- Supervise the operations of the restaurant--- Recruit, train and supervise staff--- Work closely with marketing and sales team to promote and build business--- Purchasing and Receiving capability--- Promote and maintain exemplary guest relations--- Knowledge of OpenTable and Aloha POS system preferred--- Excellent communication skills--- Strong leadership, motivational, conflict resolution and people skills--- Serve Safe certification is preferred, but not required--- Uphold, embody and maintain the Tony's standard of hospitality and service at all times Qualified applicants can apply online at or email their resume to the link provided.
