Job Overview:We are seeking a US-based Chief Digital Officer for Stralynn Consulting Services, Inc, a digital transformation with AI-focused niche professional services provider. The ideal candidate will influence at all levels, imparting digital knowledge in a constructive, empowering, and collaborative manner. Working closely with the CEO and COO, the CDO will drive our organization's digital transformation products and services.The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) will lead and execute digital transformation strategies for clients, foster business growth through digital channels, and promote a culture of digital innovation within the organization. This role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership to help clients leverage technology to meet their business goals. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with AI/ML, CRM, and ERP are essential.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Digital Consulting: Develop and implement digital strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
• Digital Transformation Leadership: Guide clients through digital transformation, identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and overseeing implementation.
• Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding needs, and translating them into digital strategies.
• Technology Evaluation and Selection: Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends, evaluate their impact, and recommend solutions.
• Project Management and Execution: Oversee digital projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Data Analytics and Insights: Use data analytics to inform decisions, optimize strategies, and measure ROI.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor digital consultants, fostering innovation and expertise.
• Internal Digital Strategy: Contribute to internal digital strategy development and growth.Required Skills and Experience:
