are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team
as a Permanent Supply Chain Coordinator in the Scientific industry.
This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly
growing organization that is making significant strides in the
field of science. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role
in managing and optimizing our supply chain operations. This
position is ideal for someone with a strong background in
procurement, demand planning, production planning, inventory
management, purchase orders, cost reduction, and ERP systems.
Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all aspects of the supply
chain process, including procurement, demand planning, production
planning, and inventory management. Oversee the creation and
processing of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Implement and monitor strategies for cost reduction and efficiency
improvements across the supply chain. Utilize ERP systems to
optimize supply chain processes and generate insightful reports.
Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks or issues, and
develop solutions to address these problems. Collaborate with
various departments such as production, quality control, and sales
to ensure supply chain processes align with company goals. Maintain
strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to
ensure the best quality and cost-effectiveness. Stay updated with
the latest trends and advancements in supply chain management to
drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in
Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably
in the scientific industry. Proven experience in procurement,
demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and
purchase orders. Demonstrated ability to implement cost reduction
strategies in a supply chain environment. Proficient in using ERP
systems for supply chain management. Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills. Exceptional negotiation skills and the
ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Strong understanding of the scientific industry and its specific
supply chain requirements. Excellent communication skills, both
written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,
