H2 Health is seeking a full-time or contract Physical Therapist (PT) to work at our H2 Health at Graves Gilbert an outpatient clinic located in Bowling Green, KY This position will consist of treating a primarily orthopedic caseload with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs. Education: Graduate of an accredited (APTA) Physical Therapy program. Experience: Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred, however, "new grads are welcome!" Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky
• Manual, spine or Dry Needling training is a plus
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be comfortable working in an outpatient setting
