Job Description:
Manage day to day operations within a busy Dermatology practice.
Clinical background is essential. Must have proven ability to
manage financial aspects.
Overseeing of clinical and clerical staffing within the
department.
Coordination of providers - may include assisting providers with
electronic medical record documentation and patient
exams/procedures.
Facilitation of communication between providers, staff,
administration, patients, and ancillaries.
Must be cross-trained to manage all aspects of patient care in
order to enhance functionality and cost-efficiency while maximizing
customer satisfaction.
May involve new implementations of departmental policies &
procedures.
Working with Administration to enforce organization and
departmental policies & procedures within the department.
Variety of other duties as necessary/assigned.
