*Job description**CONSOLIDATED MEDICAL STAFFING IS NOW HIRING *_*HEALTHCARE HEROES*_*FOR A Adult Daycare FACILITY IN The GREATER Bowling Green AREA - KENTUCKY!*We are actively seeking dedicated, dependable, and experienced LPNs and RNs to join our team and blend seamlessly with facility staff. Required Monday thru Friday commitment, 128 hr shifts. 745a-430 pm. This is a ongoing assignment!Bonus given for weekly set schedules! DAILY PAY AVAILABLE!*Responsibilities Include:** Performs medication management that includes administration of oral, topical and parenteral routes.* Responsible for completion of medication cart audits, reconciliation of medication administration record (MAR) using all pertinent information for timely and accurate review.* Accountable for the delivery of compassionate and professional care as defined within the ANA Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements.* Participates in identification of knowledge deficits concerning health and provides health education to patients regarding health prevention and promotion.* Maintains the image of the facilities and the work areas as a safe, clean, efficient, caring organization by demonstrating a team approach which produces an environment conducive to patient, family and team well-being.* Displays a professional image that is conducive to patient, family and team well-being.* Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations.* Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.* Must be on the premises during operational hours.* Must be alert at all times; pay close attention to details.* Blood sugar checks, insulin, and reporting.* Possibile GFeeds* Dispense Medications as ordered.* Notify families @ pickup if medication is expired, running low.*Requirements:** Graduate of an accredited School of Practical or Registered Nursing* Must possess current, non-restricted license as Practical or Registered Nurse from State of Kentucky or a member state of the Nurse Licensure Compact.* Current CPR Certification* Recent TB Skin Test* Clear Background Check* Clean Drug Screen*What Sets Consolidated Medical Staffing Apart?** *COMPETITIVE RATES** *THE ABILITY TO MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE*_We will never send you anywhere you do not want to go!_* *WEEKLY DIRECT DEPOSIT AVAILABLE*_Get paid when you need it!
