This role focuses on scrubbing and recording electrophysiology (EP) studies and ablations, with a strong emphasis on atrial fibrillation (AFib) procedures. Ideal candidates will demonstrate clinical excellence in EP lab operations and patient care coordination in procedural settings. Key Responsibilities - Scrub and assist during EP studies and cardiac ablation procedures - Record and document complex EP procedures, including AFib cases - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and EP staff to deliver safe, efficient patient care - Operate and troubleshoot specialized EP lab equipment and monitoring systems - Maintain sterile technique and adhere to procedural safety standards Required Qualifications - Certification: Must hold either: - Active Radiologic Technologist (RT) license - Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification - Experience: - Strong experience in both scrubbing and recording EP procedures, especially AFib ablations - Travel experience preferred but not required - First-Time Travelers: Accepted if experienced in EP - Licensure: Must have active credentials at time of submission (no pending licenses accepted) Additional Job Details - Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Call Requirement: None - Weekend Requirement: None - Floating: Not required - Block Scheduling: Not formally available, but consistent Mon–Fri schedule - Orientation: Provided upon arrival Why Choose This Role? - Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call - Opportunity to work in a well-equipped EP lab with supportive, experienced staff - Competitive travel compensation and consistent hours - Ideal for techs looking to specialize further in EP and complex AFib cases If you’re an experienced EP Tech ready to make an impact in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply today!
