At times may be stretched to 7:1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) PCTS on day and night shift. Unit Clerks on day shift Type of equipment : Remote Telemetry monitors, Alaris pumps Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: every other weekend Floating policy: Agency floats first ( may float to Ortho/Med-Surg) Patient Experience requirements: Strive for 75% patient satisfaction rate Hospital Specifics- Certifications: BLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: Telemetry experience Advanced skills needed: Knowledge of chest tubes, Dysthymia training Procedures performed on unit: Chest tube insertions, Bedside Paracentesis and Thoracentesis Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIH Dress Code: (Required uniform) Any scrubs except camo Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
