In this role, you will work directly with patients, focusing on delivering high-quality nursing care tailored to individual recovery plans. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients within a rehabilitation environment Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications Teach patients and their families about treatment plans and maintenance of chronic conditions Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Clinical skills Compassion Stamina Attention to detail Interpersonal and communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification CPR certification
