Job Description Job Description CAREGIVERHartsville, TN Carthage, TN Gallatin/Hendersonville, TN Hartsville, TN & SURROUNDING AREAS (PART-TIME) Job Summary: Village Caregiving, a reputable in-home care company located in Hartsville, Tennessee, is seeking a CAREGIVER to join our team. As a CAREGIVER, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the patient's home , ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the patient. This is an individual contributor role that requires a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated individual. CAREGIVER Benefits DAY & AFTERNOON SHIFTS AVAILABLE MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS AS NEEDED Pay Rate: $16-17/Hour Paid Training, including CPR Certification Ongoing Training Provided As Needed 401K with Company Match Benefits Available For Full-Time Employees CAREGIVER Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Help residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them safely Record and maintain accurate documentation of residents' care and daily activities Assist with feeding residents and providing hydration Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare team members CAREGIVER Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in-home care experience Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature Flexibility to work weekends & holidays as needed Must pass a background check EEOC Statement: Village Caregiving is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
