Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Hermitage, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,764 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS ACLS NIH Must-Have: ACLS BLS NIH Description: This position is in a 24-bed intensive care unit. Patient ratios in the unit are 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3. The unit staffing consists of secretaries and technicians available at a ratio of 1:2 and 1:3. Advanced procedures performed on this unit include external ventricular drain placement, central line placement, and arterial line placement. The documentation system used in the unit is Meditech. Self-scheduling is preferred for this position. Staff may float in rotation within the unit. Required uniform is black scrubs. Prospective candidates should be aware of available new equipment and technology. The unit has a team with significant tenure and experience. Schedule options may be flexible.
