Labor/Delivery RN in Smyrna, Tennessee, 37167! Job Opportunity –
Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: July 13,
2025 Location: Smyrna, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: 4 weekend shifts per month required;
1:2 patient ratio Highlights: 9-bed Labor & Delivery unit with 3
swing rooms, 2 ORs, and 3-bed OB Emergency Department Laborist team
model with 24/7 midwives, dedicated in-house CRNA, and on-call
OBGYN support Documentation systems: CPN and Meditech HCA Unit of
Distinction 2021 recipient; TIPQC Pilot hospital for NTSV and Team
Birth initiatives Level 2 NICU with 8 beds and dedicated Neonatal
Nurse Practitioners available 24/7 Couplet care model promoting
family-centered birth experiences and breastfeeding support with
donor milk availability Requirements: Active RN license Minimum 2
years of Labor & Delivery experience required Current
certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring Experience
with circulating in OR, IUPC, FSE, MgSO4 administration, postpartum
hemorrhage management (JADA system), and nitrous oxide Advanced
skills in Spinning Babies and STABLE certification helpful but not
