documentation and communication. Adhere to established protocols
and maintain compliance with healthcare standards. Demonstrate
flexibility by floating as needed, adapting to unit needs without a
fixed block schedule. Qualifications: Current RN license in
Tennessee. BLS and ACLS certification from ARC or AHA. Minimum of 1
year nursing experience with 1-2 years specifically in Step-down or
ICU settings. Ability to work night shifts and float across units.
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility. This role offers
