Position Summary: Smiley Aesthetics, a rapidly expanding company in the medical aesthetics industry, seeks a dedicated and skilled and experienced Cosmetic Injector/Spa Manager. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily inventory checks and weekly reconciliations to ensure accurate stock levels. Manage supply orders and maintain optimal levels of all clinic essentials. Oversee clinic operations, ensuring consistent coverage during business hours (minimum of 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM). Foster an environment focused on client satisfaction and high-quality service. Engage in active marketing and client recruitment through various social media platforms. Maintain stringent cleanliness standards throughout the spa. Devise and administer personalized treatment plans based on thorough client consultations. Adhere to the highest standards of service, complying with all organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Ensure client safety during all treatments. Maintain a professional appearance, wearing Smiley Aesthetics apparel or black scrubs. Manage operational expenses and minimize waste. Securely deposit daily cash earnings. Capture and maintain before and after treatment visuals for client records. Provide guidance and support to regional injectors regarding clinical or operational queries. Administer injectable treatments such as dermal fillers (e.g., Juvederm, Botox) and operate medical devices post-certification (e.g., microneedling pen). Ensure accurate clinical documentation for each client. Recommend additional treatments and skincare regimens to enhance client outcomes. Attend and contribute to staff meetings. The role may require handling additional responsibilities as needed to support the clinic’s operations and team Qualifications: Must hold a current state license as an RN, NP, or PA. Previous experience in the aesthetic field required. Passionate about the aesthetics industry and client interaction. Independent, self-motivated, and a collaborative team member. Well-versed in various medical spa services and skincare. Committed to continuing education in medical aesthetics.
