Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Neuro Location: Nashville, TN Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,885 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Neurology Med/Surg – Tennessee Start Date: October 20, 2025 Location: Nashville, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week; 2 weekends (4 shifts) per 4-week schedule; 6:1 patient ratio Highlights: 20-bed Neurology Medical/Surgical unit at a comprehensive stroke center and ACS Verified Level II Trauma Center Tech support available on day and night shifts; unit secretary coverage 7am-7pm Meditech EMR system with modern equipment including IV pumps, telemetry, continuous pulse ox, and iMobile communication technology Diverse case mix including wound care, surgical drain maintenance, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes Structured floating policy with contract labor first to float based on rotation Patient-centered care model emphasizing bedside shift report and family involvement Requirements: Active RN license Current BLS certification Medical/Surgical nursing experience Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities Proficiency in IV starts and basic wound care Navy scrubs required (tops and bottoms) Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a high-acuity neurology environment at a certified comprehensive stroke center and verified trauma facility.
