Ascension, a leader in faith-based healthcare, is seeking a seasoned Lead Multimodality Technologist to join our forward-thinking team. This role is pivotal in our commitment to providing high-quality diagnostic services in a compassionate and patient-focused setting. You will oversee operations across multiple imaging modalities, ensuring the integration of technological excellence with compassionate care. Our ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovative practices. Lead and manage the daily operations of various imaging departments including radiology, MRI, CT, and ultrasound. Ensure all imaging services are compliant with state regulations and meet Ascension’s standards for care and safety. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and workflow efficiency. Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to continually improve patient satisfaction and outcomes. Provide expert technical assistance in multiple imaging modalities and train junior technologists and support staff. Manage departmental staffing, including scheduling, hiring, and ongoing professional development. Expertise in MRI, CT, Radiology, and Ultrasound technologies. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-stress situations effectively. Proficient in using healthcare IT systems. Additional certifications in MRI, CT, or related fields preferred.
