Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider
in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated and experienced
High Risk OB Nurse to join our Maternal-Fetal Medicine team. This
specialized role requires a compassionate and skilled nurse to
manage the care of pregnant patients experiencing high-risk
conditions, ensuring both patient and fetal health. As a High Risk
OB Nurse at TriStar Centennial, you will have the opportunity to
work in a dynamic, supportive environment equipped with advanced
medical technology to handle complex cases. Provide specialized
nursing care for high-risk obstetric patients in inpatient and
outpatient settings. Collaborate with obstetricians,
perinatologists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop
and implement care plans. Monitor maternal vital signs and fetal
heart rates, identifying any complications. Educate patients and
families on high-risk pregnancy management and postnatal care.
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for side effects
and effectiveness. Prepare patients for and assist with diagnostic
tests and procedures. Expertise in fetal monitoring and perinatal
care Strong clinical skills in a high-stress environment Proficient
in using medical software for patient care management Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide
empathetic, patient-centered care Medical Insurance Dental

Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee Certification in
Advanced Fetal Monitoring CPR and Advanced Cardiovascular Life
