Labor/Delivery RN in Dickson, Tennessee, 37055! Job Opportunity –
Labor & Delivery Charge Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: March 2, 2026
Location: Dickson, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: Full-time, 3 shifts per week with
rotating weekends and holidays Highlights: LDRP unit with 9 beds, 1
OB/ED bed, 4 NICU beds, and 1 OR suite Patient ratios: 1:1 for
active labors, inductions, and C-sections; 1:3 for couplet care;
1:3 for intermediate NICU care Utilizes CPN Central monitoring,
Meditech documentation, and modern equipment including IV pumps,
infant warmers, and tele-med robot for neonatology Joint Commission
certified facility with Stroke Center, Level II Trauma designation,
and Level II NICU Cross-training opportunities available between
LDRP and NICU for comprehensive skill development LDRP model
provides exposure to full spectrum of maternal-newborn care
Requirements: Must have charge nurse experience in Labor & Delivery
Labor and delivery experience including ability to labor and
recover mothers as well as receive and transition newborns
Knowledge and competency in managing OB emergencies such as
shoulder dystocia and postpartum hemorrhage preferred BLS, NRP, and
Fetal Monitoring certifications required Experience with inductions
(Pitocin, Cervidil) and fetal monitoring Ability to perform
procedures including C-sections, intra-uterine monitoring, and
vacuum or forceps assisted deliveries Willingness to participate in
floating policy and daily patient safety rounding Why It's a Great
