earning potential of $210-$270 per clinical session) Employment
Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (practice requirement of at least
16 hours per week) Schedule: At least 16 clinical hours per week;
hybrid at least 1 day onsite (option to grow into full-time hours
if desired); preferred schedule is Friday and Saturday Location:
This is a hybrid position with at least 1 day per week in person
role based out of Brentwood, TN Role Summary Tennessee Mental
Health & Psychiatry Group, which partners with and operates out of
the Southeast Psych offices, is seeking a highly qualified,
Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our thriving private,
cash pay practice in Brentwood, TN. Our ideal candidate is an
experienced clinician who is passionate about providing
comprehensive psychiatric care across the lifespan—ages 5 through
80—in an outpatient setting who works a minimum of 16 hours per
week with at least 1 day per week in person. Psychiatrist
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations,
diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients in the outpatient
setting. Provide medication management and therapy to a diverse
patient population. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in
compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Stay
current with advancements in psychiatric treatment and research
methodologies. Make referrals for psychotherapy when indicated and
collaborate with all other mental health professionals involved in
the patient’s care to ensure comprehensive treatment. Maintain
accurate and confidential client records completely all
documentation in compliance with legal/ethical standards. Advocate
for clients' needs and rights, including access to psychiatric
services and medications. Other duties as assigned. Psychiatrist

hybrid capacity Requirements: Requirements Active, unrestricted
medical license in Tennessee Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD or
DO) Possess and maintain a valid Drug Enforcement Administration
(“DEA”) number and all other licenses and certificates that may be
lawfully required to prescribe medications, including controlled
substances. Minimum of 2 years’ experience treating children,
adolescents, adults, and older adults (ages 5–80) in private
practice Strong understanding of psychiatrist assessment,
diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic techniques
Knowledge of evidence-based interventions in psychiatric treatment
