About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

License Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Ability to perform
basic patient assessments and general care - Experience with
wounds, tracheostomy, ostomy, drains, and chest tubes - Familiarity
with patient populations requiring dialysis or PCA pumps -
Knowledge of post-operative procedures including amputations,
ostomy, drains, chest tubes, and wound vacs Description: The unit
has 25 beds with a patient ratio of 1:4 / 1:5. Staffing includes a
Unit Support every day and PRN techs. Equipment includes basic
tools like Welch Allyn VS Carts, Hoyer Lift, Broda Chairs, and
Alaris IV Pumps. Documentation is done using Meditech. Scheduling
requires 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week period. Floating may occur
among core staff. Patient experience practices include bedside
shift reports and safety checks every 1-2 hours, with an emphasis
on listening and responsiveness. COVID vaccination is mandatory.
Candidates must demonstrate accountability and recognition for
their performance. The work environment promotes great teamwork,
with supportive and experienced leadership. All staff are treated
as core members with the same level of expectations. Candidates
should be prepared to adhere to infection prevention practices and
standard protocols. Medication scanning, including controlled
substances, is required. Candidates should be ready to engage in
fall prevention efforts. Dress code includes scrubs in navy, blue,
