Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center, a leading healthcare facility
in Nashville, TN, seeks a dedicated Lead Respiratory Therapist to
join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will oversee the
Respiratory Therapy department and ensure the provision of
exceptional care to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders. As a
leader, you'll mentor a team of therapists, manage departmental
operations, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to
integrate respiratory care into patient treatment plans. Supervise
and mentor a team of respiratory therapists. Develop and implement
respiratory care procedures. Monitor patient responses to
treatments and adjust plans as needed. Maintain compliance with
healthcare regulations. Participate in multidisciplinary healthcare
teams. Manage departmental staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
Expertise in respiratory care practices and technologies. Strong
leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in high-stress
environments. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered
Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required. Active state licensure as a
respiratory care practitioner.
