Job Description:
Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a
compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join
our dedicated healthcare team. This role focuses on providing
direct nursing care to patients recovering from surgery, injuries,
or serious illnesses within our state-of-the-art facility. The
ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of nursing
procedures, excellent patient management skills, and a deep
commitment to patient care. As a valued team member, you will play
a crucial role in our patient recovery processes, ensuring comfort,
and promoting effective healing. Monitor patient health and
document any changes in status. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed by the attending physician. Coordinate
with healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient care
plans. Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans.
Maintain patient records accurately and ensure compliance with
health standards. Assist in the recovery process by providing
compassionate and efficient care. Strong practical nursing skills
Excellent patient management and communication skills Proficiency
in administering medications and understanding of treatment
protocols Ability to maintain accurate patient records Empathy and
resilience in dealing with patients with serious health conditions
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid LPN
license applicable to the state of employment CPR certification
preferred
