Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center, a preeminent healthcare
provider in Nashville, seeks an experienced Lead Cardiac
Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist to supervise and guide our
high-skilled EP team. This role focuses on complex procedures
intended to diagnose and treat heart rhythm disorders within our
state-of-the-art cardiac care facility. As a leader in our
Cardiology Department, you will oversee the operational aspects of
the EP lab, ensure the highest standards of care, and support the
development of technological initiatives in cardiac services.
Supervise daily operations within the EP lab, ensuring compliance
with all healthcare regulations and safety standards. Lead and
mentor a team of EP technologists, promoting continuous education
and professional growth. Coordinate with cardiologists to plan and
execute complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of advancements in electrophysiology to
enhance service quality and efficiency. Manage the use and
maintenance of EP lab equipment, ensuring all tools operate at
optimal levels and within regulatory compliance. Participate in the
development and implementation of policies and procedures that
improve patient outcomes and workflow efficiency. Proficiency in
the use of electrophysiology equipment and software Strong
leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced
environment Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
