TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This vital role involves leading and supervising the operations within the cardiac electrophysiology lab, ensuring exceptional care, efficiency, and compliance with national health standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in procedural preparations, execution, and post-procedural care, working closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver specialized cardiac care. Supervise cardiac EP lab operations and assist in cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and safety standards. Manage and train EP lab staff on new technologies and procedures. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
