Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Cath Lab
Technologist to join our faith-based healthcare team. In this role,
you will be pivotal in supporting cardiological diagnostic and
interventional procedures, ensuring high standards of patient care
and embracing our mission of innovating healthcare and enhancing
health outcomes. You will operate complex medical equipment in a
fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cardiologists
to perform procedures that are critical for patient diagnosis and
treatment. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the
process and ensuring comfort Operate and maintain all
catheterization lab equipment and tools Assist cardiologists during
diagnostic and interventional procedures Monitor patient vital
signs and heart status with appropriate equipment Implement safety
protocols to minimize radiation risks Record detailed patient data
and maintain accurate documentation for healthcare team Collaborate
with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Proficiency in the use of cath lab equipment Strong understanding
of cardiac anatomy and physiology Ability to work effectively in a
high-pressure environment Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Medical

Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) or equivalent Valid state
licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
