skilled Operating Room Nurse PRN for our Sarah Cannon Cancer
Institute. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a team

the highest quality treatment to our patients. As an OR Nurse PRN,
you will work alongside top specialists in a technologically
advanced environment, ensuring that surgical procedures are
conducted safely and effectively, adhering to the latest guidelines
and regulations. Assist surgeons during operations while ensuring
sterile environments. Monitor patient status and provide necessary
care before, during, and after surgeries. Administer and manage
medications as prescribed. Collaborate with healthcare team members
to develop effective patient care plans. Educate patients and their
families on surgical procedures and post-operative care. Maintain
accurate, detailed reports and records of patient care. Proficient
in surgical operations and sterile techniques. Strong communication
and interpersonal skills. Ability to respond quickly and
efficiently in a dynamic environment. Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills. High level of compassion and empathy.

401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Tennessee. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
