an experienced and compassionate Acute Care Nurse for a PRN
(as-needed) position to provide outstanding care in a dynamic and
diverse hospital environment. This role requires expertise in
managing complex patient care in acute settings. The successful
candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of
excellent patient outcomes and adhering to the highest standards of
healthcare practices. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing
care for acute care patients. Participate in patient and family
teaching sessions and provide detailed explanations of treatment
plans. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient
care. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients'
conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by
physicians. Strong clinical skills in an acute care setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using
healthcare software and patient management systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) Certification preferred.
