Provide direct nursing care in a long-term acute care setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Administer medications, monitor patient recovery, and record observations. Educate patients and their families on illness prevention and post-hospital treatment. Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic patient environment. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Ability to handle high-stress situations and make critical decisions Experience with ventilators and other complex medical equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee BLS certification ACLS certification preferred
