Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who collaborate closely with you
to deliver the best care. - Dedicated team of 4 pharmacists who
assist in medication management and patient education. - 2
Registered Dietitians available to enhance patient education,
support lifestyle changes, and improve health outcomes. - Metabolic
education sessions for patients to manage chronic conditions and
improve quality of life. - Established physician referral network
and strong specialty support. - State-of-the-art facilities with
Epic EMR for seamless care coordination. This collaborative

exceptional patient care.Compensation:We offer a highly competitive
package to support your career and lifestyle: - Guaranteed salary
of $325,000 (1-year guarantee) — Above average for the region -
Productivity bonuses in addition to your base salary, rewarding you
for your hard work. - $36,000 sign-on bonus to help you relocate
and settle into your new role. - $2,000/month fellowship stipend to
support continuing education and professional growth. -
