Job Description:

Williamson Health and Wellness Center seeks a skilled Phlebotomist to join our dedicated out-patient team. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to enhance community health by conducting diagnostic tests and ensuring the detailed collection and labeling of blood samples. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with patients, maintain a safe and clean environment, and adhere to our center's protocols for health and safety. Collect and organize blood samples from patients. Label the collected blood for testing or processing. Verify patient's identity to ensure proper labeling and record-keeping. Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures to maintain clinical safety standards. Utilize databases to input and maintain patient information and test results. Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear instructions during the blood collection process. Proficient in venipuncture and other blood collection techniques. Ability to work accurately under pressure. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and compliance. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) required.
