Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Technician PRN to provide crucial support in managing and maintaining medical equipment. This role involves the delivery, setup, and education of using medical devices at patients' homes or in clinical settings. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal functionality and safety of equipment to enhance patient care tailored to community needs in Williamson, WV. Deliver, install, and maintain durable medical equipment. Instruct patients and caregivers on proper equipment usage. Ensure cleanliness and functionality of equipment. Record and maintain accurate patient equipment records. Conduct routine equipment safety checks. Collaborate with healthcare providers to tailor equipment solutions. Proficient in using and troubleshooting various medical devices. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to instruct and empathize with patients. Technical skills necessary for equipment maintenance and repair. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid driver's license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
