Williamson Health and Wellness Center seeks a dedicated Certified CSR (Central Sterile Receiving) Technician to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of sterilization and handling of medical instruments and equipment, ensuring patient safety and supporting the delivery of quality healthcare. The successful candidate will be proficient in decontaminating, inspecting, assembling, and sterilizing instruments and medical equipment. Operate and maintain sterilizing equipment following standard protocols and procedures. Inspect, clean, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical devices. Document sterilization cycles and maintain cleanroom standards to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory and provide timely supply of sterile and functional equipment to various departments. Monitor and adhere to sterilization practices, updating techniques as per latest health standards. Proficiency in using sterilization equipment Strong attention to detail Good organizational and communication skills Ability to follow stringent hygiene and safety protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) certification preferred.
