Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Technician for a PRN (as-needed) position. This role requires managing, maintaining, and delivering medical equipment, providing essential support to ensure the highest standard of care and equipment functionality. Ideal candidates will demonstrate technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate patient care. Deliver, set up, and maintain medical equipment at patients' homes or other facilities. Provide instructions to patients and healthcare staff regarding the proper use of equipment. Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks of all equipment. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Document and update patient records and inventory logs. Ability to operate and troubleshoot medical equipment Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in maintaining detailed and accurate records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certification in handling Durable Medical Equipment is a plus. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
