communication, and teamwork skills - Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, patient-centered night shift environment
Responsibilities - Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care
to intermediate-acuity patients in the Progressive Care Unit -
Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition,
including telemetry monitoring when applicable - Administer
medications and treatments safely and according to orders -
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
to coordinate patient care - Educate patients and families on care
plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care - Maintain
accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
