Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. As an LPN at our facility, you will play a crucial role in implementing high-quality nursing care plans and assisting patients in their rehabilitation journey. Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Assist with patient rehabilitation and recovery through effective implementation of care plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met with the highest standards of care. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Proficient in maintaining accurate and detailed records Strong clinical skills in providing patient care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid LPN license in the state of practice CPR certification
