Williamson Health and Wellness Center seeks a dedicated Mid-Level Registered Nurse to join our team in Williamson, WV. This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care within a clinic setting. The candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver care that adheres to our innovative approach, enhancing community health through personalized wellness programs based on local needs. Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop and implement nursing care plans Maintain accurate patient records and monitor patient health Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan or provide treatment Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Proficiency in EMR systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of West Virginia CPR certified
