Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team in Williamson, WV. This role involves crafting personalized nutrition plans, participating in community health initiatives, and contributing to our mission of enhancing community well-being through innovative, tailored healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in nutritional science, experience in clinical settings, and a passion for promoting holistic health practices. Assess patient health needs and dietary restrictions. Develop personalized dietary plans that support patient health goals. Evaluate the effects of meal plans and change the plans as needed. Educate patients on nutrition issues and healthy eating habits. Participate in research and stay updated with the latest nutrition science. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient care through integrated health approaches. Lead community workshops and health programs. Expert knowledge of nutrition and dietary supplements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to develop personalized nutrition plans. Experience with dietetic software and patient documentation. Analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of diet plans.
