This position offers: Competitive pay Health benefits for full-time employees Fun and supportive work environment Opportunities for career advancement within a growing company Position Responsibilities: As a Restaurant Server, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience by: Providing courteous, prompt service to our guests. Adhering to Emmy’s Steps of Service to maintain consistency in guest satisfaction. Entering guest orders accurately into the Toast POS system. Demonstrating full knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings. Personalizing the guest experience by understanding their needs and offering thoughtful suggestions. Communicating guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to the culinary team. Performing opening and closing duties. Maintaining a clean and presentable work environment. Maintaining a positive and outgoing demeanor during service. Promoting safety for yourself, coworkers, and guests. Supporting additional tasks as assigned by management. Position Qualifications: Minimum 1-year serving experience in a high-volume restaurant. Experience in excellent customer service, cash handling, service recovery, and problem-solving. Understanding of responsible alcohol service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing guest needs. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Passion for hospitality and the food and beverage industry. Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends.
