Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly Responsibilities: Collaborate with ownership/executive team on strategic planning and reporting Ensure adherence to operational policies and industry best practices Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments Create and sustain a strong culture of customer service and operational excellence Hire, train, and mentor department leaders and staff to foster growth and performance Qualifications: Has experience managing teams and overseeing business operations Ability to lead with integrity and motivate teams toward shared goals Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience Proficient in operational tools, systems, and performance metrics Is a confident communicator who leads with empathy and clarity Mandatory Choice Brand Specific knowledge- minimum 5 years. Mandatory 3-year Extended Stay Hotel Management.
