Full-Time | TuesdaySaturday The Woodhouse Spa in Franklin is
seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead daily operations,
elevate the guest experience, and develop a high-performing team in
a luxury spa environment. This role blends people leadership,
operational excellence, and hospitality-driven service. What Youll
Do Lead and develop spa team members through training, coaching,
and performance reviews Oversee scheduling, daily operations, and
service execution Drive guest satisfaction, retail performance, and
profitability Monitor KPIs, inventory, attendance, and service
standards Uphold brand, safety, and quality expectations daily Lead
morning huddles and partner with leadership on weekly goals What
Were Looking For Leadership experience in spa, hospitality, or
luxury service environments Strong people-management and
operational skills Comfort with performance metrics,
accountability, and retail strategy Calm, confident leadership
