Manager - Experience the full client journey from initial
consultation to successful resolution. As our experienced personal
injury case manager, you'll be the backbone of client
relationships, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and

challenging times Note: This is a full-time, in-person position and
necessitates reliable transportation throughout your work day.
Compensation will be adjusted to reflect the experience of the

develop new ones Compensation: $17 - $21 hourly Responsibilities: -
Provide a positive first point of contact with the law firm,
whether in person or over the phone - Support new client onboarding
by gathering information with empathy and attention to detail -
Manage personal injury case files from initial sign-up through the
demand and settlement, or litigation phases - Maintain client
satisfaction by keeping them updated and assisting them with all
matters related to their case - Maintain practice and client
confidentiality - Communicate professionally with clients,
insurance adjusters, and medical providers to gather information -
Keep files organized and updated in our case management system
Qualifications: - You have experience handling personal injury
cases from start to finish - You genuinely care about clients and
want to deliver the type of experience you would want for your own
mother or best friend - You are comfortable speaking with others
and mitigating stressful situations - You possess exceptional
organizational skills and enjoy engaging with others - You take
personal responsibility for your successes and mistakes and strive
to learn from both - You have excellent time management skills and
understand the difference between good, better, and best use of
time - You have moderate experience with Google Suite and Microsoft
Office, and possess the ability to learn new programs quickly - Due
to the nature of our work, you must have valid insurance on your
vehicle and be able to pass a background and resume check About
