This position is responsible for developing and managing the
college budget, including oversight of departmental budgets. In
addition, the position oversees all personnel processes, maintains
personnel records, and counsels individual departments on personnel
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The following duties are customary for this position. The list
should not to be construed as all- inclusive. Duties may be added,
deleted or assigned based on management discretion and
- Assist the Dean with staffing issues by maintaining a
spreadsheet of budgeted vacancies and lapsed salaries, and
maintaining a list of salary differentials within budgeted
- Maintain college budget under the Resource Allocation,
Management, and Planning (RAMP) model.
- Track college expenditures and revenues using Axiom budget
- Process Electronic Personnel Action Forms (EPAF).
- Manage hiring process for the college by serving as the college
point of contact for Interview Exchange processes, revising jobs
ads, maintaining search records, drafting appointment letters, and
initiating new hire paperwork.
- Provide group and one-on-one training and assistance to
departmental office associates regarding budgetary processes.
- Manage one-time funding sources in Potter College by tracking
commitments, balancing accounts, and transferring funds.
- Process and maintain records related to supplemental

- Oversee grant budget development, off contract effort, and

Salary Grade: 109 Salary Range: $48,000 - $51,000
